PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance free type stone material tile having a coating layer good in water resistance, antifouling property, slipperiness and adhesiveness and having no crack initiation, which is a super hard type coated film having pencil hardness equivalent to 12H or more on a surface, and having glossiness of 80 or more.SOLUTION: There is provided a glassy inorganic coating agent for maintenance free type stone material tile having a main component containing polyorganosiloxane where at least one or more kind of alkoxysilane consists of a mixture of tetrafunctional group and trifunctional group alkoxysilane and a silane coupling agent having an epoxy functional group and ultra fine particle colloidal silica with average particle diameter of 5 to 20 nm, where to 100 weight ratio, the polyorganosiloxane of 30 to 50 wt.%, the silane coupling agent of 5 to 20 wt.%, the ultra fine particle colloidal silica of 20 to 40 wt.%, phosphoric acid or the like as a catalyst for enhancing reaction curability of 0.1 to 5.0 wt.% or a titanium-based catalyst and/or an aluminum-based catalyst of 0.1 to 20.0 wt.% by weight ratio are added.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
