PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative member having excellent corrosion resistance, free from the elution of metal to form into a source of allergies and furthermore combining mechanical properties. SOLUTION: This decorative member is obtd. by coating the surface of a substrate made of ceramics with hard carbon-coating, and, as for the hard carbon coating, in a Raman spectrum, the peaks are present in 1160±40 cm<-1> , 1340±40 cm<-1> and 1500±60 cm<-1> , and at the time of defining the peak intensity highest in the peaks present in 1160±40 cm<-1> as H1 , the peak intensity highest in the peaks present in 1340±40 cm<-1> as H2 , and the peak intensity highest in the peaks present in 1500±60 cm<-1> as H3 , 0.02<= H1 /H2 <=1.0 and H2 <H3 are satisfied. |
