SOLUTION: A boosting DC-DC converter circuit for boosting an input DC voltage and supplying to an element includes a coil L, a switch Q2 installed in series between the coil L and an element, an abnormality detecting element 230 for detecting an abnormality of output voltage supplied to the element, and a switch control 220. When the abnormal detecting element 230 does not detect abnormality, the switch control part 220 keeps the switch Q2 in continuity state, and when the abnormal detecting element 230 detects abnormality, the switch Q2 is turned into non-continuity state.
