PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for adding a computer resource to a computer system when a load of a computer exceeds a starting threshold of an application program. SOLUTION: A system structure control method for controlling a structure of the computer system includes a step for accepting a notice of load information showing a load status of the computer and storing it in a storage means, a step for distributing the application program to the computer with a communication means before load information stored in the storage means exceeds the starting threshold in the storage means and a step for instructing starting of the application program to the computer with the communication means when load information stored in the storage means exceeds the starting threshold in the storage means.
