<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract the document information of input data and store the document information in a higher-order layer or hold it in intermediate data in the inner part of conversion to transfer the document information of the input data to the document information of output data. <P>SOLUTION: When electronic data are converted to a data format a user designates after the electronic data are inputted and edited, document information is extracted from the input data, and the document information is managed in a higher-order manager layer, and then the document information of the input data is transferred to output data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
