Sport footwear consists of vamp (A) and bottom (1) of footwear with sole (2) and wedge heel (3) located on sole (2) on which is labelled insole (5), and on its upper surface is located insert (6) with contact surface for contact with leg of user, at which in wedge heel (3) is created minimum one taking out (16) in which is located the elastic inserted part (13). Elastic inserted part (13) in minimum one taking out (16) and casually in opposite cut-out (17), is created with airproof bush (15) and with group of elastic deformavable units (14) which are located in airproof bush (15), at which taking out (16) with inserted part (13) is located in heal part of bottom (1) of sport footwear. In other part of wedge heel (3) can be located other insert part (13A).
