A method for making a multi-layer food of raw fish is provided to realize an upgraded food which allows intake of various nutrients including DHA, EPA and glutamic acid, and obtain the food having little bad odor and an improved taste. A method for making a multi-layer food of raw fish comprises the steps of: forming an insertion groove in a base raw fish slice; inserting an intermediate raw fish slice into the base raw fish slice; preparing an outer shell material containing concentrated ingredients obtained by concentrating fish shells and bones; and introducing the outer shell material into a mold, positioning the base raw fish slice in such a manner that at least one surface thereof is in contact with the outer shell material, thereby forming an outer shell. |
