The device (30) has two pieces (30-1-30-2) made of folded conductor metal i.e. folded copper, and respectively with conductors and identical connection parts. The connection parts include thicknesses lower than a plane connection pad such that superposition of the connection parts forms the connection pad. The pad is connected to power bars (46) of an electric contactor (1), and the conductors longitudinally extend from an end integrated to the pads to a support of a fixed contact, where the fixed contact cooperates with a mobile contact of the contactor. An independent claim is also included for an electric contactor comprising a casing.
