A spray gun equipped with an extension tube is provided to secure painting quality and operation reliability using a check valve for opening or closing the end of the extension tube by applying or cutting the jetting pressure of the paints. A spray gun equipped with an extension tube is composed of a gun body(10) having a paint supply unit; a needle valve(20) installed in the gun body and elastically supported by a spring(21); a trigger(18) combined to the gun body by a shaft pin to move the needle valve back; an adapter installed at the front side of the gun body to open and close a passage by the needle valve; the extension tube joined to the front side of the adapter; and a check valve elastically supported toward the rear side by the spring to open and close a front outlet of the extension tube and installed at the extension tube by a fixing unit.
