PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welded structure for a vacuum valve capable of achieving a vacuum effect of the vacuum valve without breaking a structure of the vacuum valve by performing welding from inside the vacuum valve, and to provide a welding method for the vacuum valve, and a welding apparatus therefor.SOLUTION: A welded structure for a vacuum valve includes a first plate 201, a second plate 202 and a cover 203. The second plate 202 has both edges abutting on the first plate 201 respectively, and welded by back weld, and a weld bead is formed on a joining spot with the first plate 201.
