PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill proper amount of liquid and also to easily and quickly discharge liquid without providing a gauge such as a level gauge. SOLUTION: Two openings 13a, 13b are provided on a top plate part 13 of a container main body 14, a fill/discharge liquid pipe 15 having a lower end extending to the vicinity of the bottom part of the container main body 14 is attached airtightly in one opening 13a, and a level adjusting pipe 17 having the lower end positioned in the vicinity of the level, when the specified amount of liquid 16 is stored in the container main body 14 is attached airtightly into the other opening 13b.
