PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of mounting an electrically conductive actuator using shape memory alloy, etc. in high precision without being influenced upon by various errors. SOLUTION: Firstly, the manufacturing unit having a movable holding part 10a, a fixed holding part 10b and a connecting part 10c to connect the movable holding part 10a and the fixed holding part 10b to each other is prepared. Additionally, the shape memory alloy SM is held between the movable holding part 10a and the fixed holding part 10b in a state of applying tensile force on it. Furthermore, the movable holding part 10a is mounted on a movable part 100a, and the fixed holding part 10b is mounted on a fixed part 100b. Thereafter, the movable holding part 10a and the fixed holding part 10b are separated from each other by separating the connecting part 10c from the manufacturing unit 1.
