PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device and a data recording method capable of realizing a high-quality data recording by suppressing thermal interference and reducing jitter of an RF signal even when a writing speed is made fast. SOLUTION: A pickup for read-out 10 has a laser diode 11 emitting the laser beam of a wavelength 780nm defined on a specification in order to reproduce the data recorded on a CD-R(compact disk-recordable) 1. A spindle motor 38 rotatingly drives the CD-R 1. A pickup for write-in 20 has a laser diode 21 emitting a laser beam of a wavelength 635nm shorter than the wavelength 780nm. A CPU 39 performs the recording of data by emitting the laser beam of the wavelength 635nm from the pickup for write-in 20 while rotatingly driving the CD-R 1 faster than a standard recording and reproducing speed by a spindle servo circuit 37 and the spindle motor 38. |
