The collection basin (1) has a rainwater intake device (2) with a dividing wall (4) in the basin interior (3), to form a defined rainwater intake flow. The clarifier overflow is formed by pipe lines (9) passing through the dividing wall. The intake device generates a mainly tangential intake flow. A basin overflow wall is located opposite to the dividing wall towards the outside, forming a trough, which opens into a dry weather flume (7). The dividing wall is of concrete or similar.
