PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush toilet stool apparatus which can be driven by using hydraulic pressure of flush water, does not require a power source, and need not take a power failure into consideration. SOLUTION: The flush toilet stool apparatus includes a flush toilet stool 4 which has a trap portion 3 arranged across a drain 2 extending from a bowl portion 1, and the trap portion 3 has its rear end function as a free end and makes the rear end upward and downward reversible and rotatable. The trap portion 3 is housed in a case main body 6 communicating with an external drain pipe 5, and a feed conduit for feeding water to the bowl portion 1 when water is drained from the trap portion 3 is provided. According to the flush toilet stool apparatus, a branch conduit through which part of flush water flows is branched from the feed conduit. Then, a hydraulically driven cylinder which has its piston rod driven by feeding water to the branch conduit, is arranged across the branch conduit. A driving arm for upward and downward inverting the rear end of the trap portion 3, functioning as the free end, is arranged in the vicinity of the trap portion 3. Further, the piston rod is interlocked to the driving arm via a transmission wire such that the driving arm is driven by the piston rod of the hydraulically driving cylinder.
