PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance security of user information by concealing a user identifier in respective services among two or more cooperatively executed services mutually, and to protect the security of the user information by preventing expansion of damages in case that the user information has leaked. SOLUTION: A network service system is provided with: a user tentative identifier update request transmission side device 2 which can provide a first service to the user and can transmit a request for updating a user tentative identifier shared in the system; a user tentative identifier update request reception side device 4 which is connected with the device 2 through a network 3, can receive the update request from the device 2, and provides a second service cooperative with the first service by using the updated user tentative identifier; and a user proxy device 5 which is connected to the device 2 and the device 4 through the network 3, and is provided for the user to receive the two services.
