PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state laser oscillator capable of securing a space for arranging a mirror for separating second high harmonics laser beam as well as a non-linear optical crystal and capable of obtaining a high output while maintaining stable resonant condition. SOLUTION: A solid state laser medium 1a and a solid state laser medium 1b are arranged with an equal space between an resonant mirror or a planar mirror 4 constituting a resonator 10 and a planar mirror 7 for separating laser beam, which reflects basic wave laser beam 9 to the surface of incidence of the laser beam and which is provided with a dielectric multi-layers film transmitting a second high harmonics laser beam 8. Further, a resonant mirror or a plane mirror 5 is arranged in a direction orthogonal to the direction of incidence of a basic wave laser beam 9 in the planar mirror 7. A lens 6a, a non-linear optical crystal 2 for converting the basic wave laser beam 9 into a second high harmonics laser beam 8, and a lens 6b are arranged in one row of this sequence between the planar mirror 7 and the planar mirror 5 with a space equal to the focal length f of the lens 6a and the lens 6b.
