PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modification method of the resin surface as a simple means which can be applied by coating to the resin surface after cured without using a large amount of surface-modifier, realizes modified performances exhibiting good durability and being not easily lost even by detergent washing, can be applied to a smooth surface without detriment to the touch of the resin surface and exhibits good solvent resistance.
