The present in invention refers to a plastic oscillating system for dispensing soft drinks from 2 litres, 2.5 litres and 3.3 litres containers, respectively, thus facilitating the user to perform said action. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a type of oscillating dispensing system totally different from those currently available on the market, since it has a novel construction, which main characteristic is that it is useful for dispensing soft drinks from 2 litres, 2.5 litres and 3.3 litres containers, respectively, thus requiring a minimum human effort to perform said action. The inventive system is totally made of plastic in different colours, and characterised in that it includes a standard size cylinder, a pair of triangular-shaped supports attached together by a pair of lower bars and a pair of axis for attaching the cylinder to the pair of supports at the upper portion thereof. The cylinder comprises a fastener located at the upper portion thereof and a plastic clip for retaining the bottle to the base thereof.
