<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a 3-aminopyrrolidine derivative under mild conditions with a general purpose reaction device without using a special pressure-resistant container by hydrolyzing a specific amine compound in the presence of a base. CONSTITUTION: An amine compound of formula I (R is a protecting group for the amino group), e.g. 3-t-butoxycarbonylamino-1-formylpyrrolidine, is hydrolyzed in the presence of a base (e.g. sodium hydroxide) to obtain the objective derivative of formula II, e.g. 3-t-butoxycarbonylaminopyrrolidine. For example, the reaction is performed under conditions comprising 0-80 deg.C, 0.1-60hrs, etc., in a solvent such as methanol.</p> |
