PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy absorption-type bearing that offers high initial rigidity and control at will of yield strength, and is expected to realize a desired energy absorption effect even when a vertical load from a roof frame fluctuated greatly at a time of earthquake or the like.SOLUTION: An energy absorption-type bearing 10 connects a bearing frame BF with a roof frame RF, is provided with a cutout part 3, and includes a base plate 1 supporting weight of the roof frame RF, a friction resistance plate 4 housed in the cutout part 3 and having a larger friction resistance compared to the base plate 1 with regard to the bearing frame; a first anchor member 6 inserted into a first hole 2 of the base plate 1 for connecting the base plate 1 with the bearing frame BF; and a second anchor member 7 inserted into a second hole 5 of the friction resistance plate 4 for connecting the friction resistance plate 4 with the bearing frame BF. An axial force adjustment member 8 is fitted on a second anchor member 7, and the friction resistance plate 4 is pressed against the bearing frame BF with prescribed compression force Q, through the axial force adjustment member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
