Disclosed is a disc machine, which comprises a base (1) and a divider (2) arranged on the base (1). The divider (2) has an input shaft (21) and an output shaft (22) which is driven to intermittently rotate by the input shaft (21). The disc machine further comprises a driving mechanism (3) used for driving the input shaft (21) to rotate, a rotating disc (4) arranged on the base (1) in such a way as to rotate around its axial direction and fixedly connected to the output shaft (22), and a slewing bearing (5) fixedly arranged on the base (1). The slewing bearing (5) comprises an outer ring (51) fixedly arranged on the base (1) and an inner ring (52) arranged in the outer ring (51) in such a way as to rotate around its axial direction. The inner ring (52) is fixedly connected to the rotating disc (4). According to the disc machine, by providing the divider (2) and an induction mechanism (7), the rotating angle of the rotating disc (4) is accurate, and rotation stopping time and workpiece machining time are stable and controllable. Meanwhile, by providing positioning mechanisms (6), secondary positioning is carried out on the disc machine, rotating errors of the divider, caused by factors such as abrasion, can be calibrated well, a workpiece can be accurately rotated to the machining positions of machining devices, and product machining and production efficiency is improved. |
