PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery case which is excellent in mechanical strength, has appropriate transparency and is easily maintained. SOLUTION: A battery case is fabricated by injection-molding with a resin composition provided by formulating therein 95-60 wt.% of a block copolymer composed of propylene and anotherα-olefin, and 5-40 wt.% of ethylene.α-olefin copolymer having an MFR being 0.1-50 g/10 min., a temperature at a maximum peak on an elution curve obtained by temperature rising eluent fractionation being 15-85 deg.C and a ratio H/W of a height H of the peak to a width W of the peak at one third of the height is 2 or more.
