PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram recording medium having excellent multiple recording performance, preventing a recording layer from being deformed by shrinkage and from being deteriorated due to permeability of moisture, preventing the recording performance from being deteriorated due to the permeability of oxygen through a substrate, and having excellent shelf life. SOLUTION: This substrate for a hologram recording medium is formed of a polycarbonate resin composition having low birefringence, high rigidity, low oxygen permeability, and low moisture permeability.
