Disclosed is a light-emitting diode chip mounting device for manufacturing a transparent electronic display board, which is capable of rapidly and exactly mounting an LED chip at a preset position on a light-emitting transparent substrate. The light-emitting diode chip mounting device for manufacturing a transparent electronic display board includes: an LED mounting unit having a plurality of LED chip pick and place heads for mounting each LED chip at a plurality of preset mounting positions on a light-emitting transparent substrate, wherein the plurality of LED chip pick and place heads enable the LED chips to be placed on the plurality of preset mounting positions by moving after adsorbing the LED chips; and a dispenser unit having a plurality of paste providing heads capable of providing paste to each of the plurality of mounting positions before the plurality of LED chip pick and place heads mount the LED chips on the plurality of preset mounting positions.
