The present invention provides a laser welding system for fabricating isotope radiation sources by tubes and a welding method using the same, wherein the laser welding system comprises: a jig having an installation hole to fixate a sealing tube and rotating the sealing tube fixated to the installation hole; a welding unit arranged to be adjacent to the jig, and configured to weld one end portion of the sealing tube to weld the other end portion of the sealing tube to be sealed when the sealing tube is rotated by rotation of the jig; a sealing tube supply unit supplying the sealing tube to the installation hole; and an isotope radiation source supply unit supplying isotope radiation sources to the inside of the sealing tube inserted into the installation hole.
