PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain lymphocytes capable of causing effective immunity against tumor in vivo, useful for an antitumor agent and including no cells positive to CD25 by removing the cells positive to CD25 from lymphocyte population. SOLUTION: The lymphocytes not including positive cells to CD25 are obtained by removing the positive cells to CD25 from lymphocyte population collected from human lymph nodes or the like to which, e.g. a monoclonal antibody against CD25 and a complement are added to react at 37 deg.C. It is pref. to prepare activated lymphocytes by incubating the lymphocytes and by collecting lymphocytes having antitumor activity from the cultured cells.
