The present invention relates to a smart holder for a wheelchair which can enhance user convenience and digital information accessibility by enabling a wheelchair user, while using various kinds of smart devices, to easily adjust the slope and the angle of a table on which a smart device is placed so that the user can use the smart device in any posture. The smart holder for a wheelchair comprises: a table on which a smart device is placed; a connection member which is coupled to the wheelchair; a rotation member which supports the table so that the table can rotate on a plane; a gyration member which is coupled to the rotation member so that the table (10) gyrates with respect to a horizontal axis so as to change the slope of the table; a tilting member which is coupled to the connection member so as to change the height of the table; and a swing member of which one end is hinge-connected to the rotation member and of which the other end is hinge-connected to a base member connected to the tilting member so that the table rotates horizontally.
