PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking preventing device of simple and low-costed structure capable of surely preventing rocking by mutually transmitting a moving load between a plurality of cylinder connected structures. SOLUTION: This rocking preventing device is provided for a base-isolation system structured of the rocking preventing device provided with the cylinder connected structure 26 formed by connecting pistons of a plurality of rocking restricting cylinders, which are connected to a compound body provided under a base-isolated structure 4 and an accumulator, and arranged along the peripheral edge of the base-isolated structure and a movement synchronizing device 18 for connecting both ends of the cylinder connected structures 26 to each other, and a plurality of three-dimensional base isolating devices arranged under the base-isolated structure 4. The movement synchronizing device 18 is a cylinder transmitting device 56 structured of a first cylinder 50 connected to an end of one cylinder connected structure 26, a second cylinder 52 connected to an end of the other cylinder connected structure 26, a hydraulic pipe 53 for connecting both of liquid chambers 50a and 52a of the cylinders 50 and 52 on sides close to each other, and a hydraulic adjusting device 55 communicated with the closer side liquid chambers 50a and 52a.
