A cervical brace is provided to prevent damages of the tender skin of a neck region and to allow the cervical brace to be closely adhered to body regions related with the neck such as the neck, jaw, back neck region, and the like. A cervical brace comprises a jaw supporting member(113), a front cover, a front member, a neck supporting member(122), a rear member(120), a protection pad(117), a fixing belt(121), a fixing belt-attaching unit, and a supporting pad(124). The jaw supporting member includes a rounding part(111) and deflecting parts(112). The front cover is joined with an outer bottom side of the deflecting parts of the jaw supporting member and formed in a semicircular shape to encircle the neck. The front member includes an extension part(114) extended to both sides from the bottom of the front cover and supported to the chest. The neck supporting member is formed in a semicircular shape. The rear member is joined with an outer bottom side of the neck supporting member. The protection pad is attached to inner sides of the jaw supporting member, front member, neck supporting member, and rear member. The fixing belt is joined with both outer sides of the front or rear member. The fixing belt-attaching unit attaches the fixing belt to both outer sides of the rear or front member. The supporting pad is removably mounted on the outer side of the rear member and/or neck supporting member.
