摘要 The present invention relates to a laser device and a method for forming a micro groove and a hole using an acoustic optical modulator and, more specifically, relates to a laser device for forming a micro groove and a hole in an object by radiating a pulse laser, which comprises: a light source unit having a light source which generates a laser; and a forming unit having a plurality of acoustic optical modulators which are arranged in order for the laser radiated from the light source to pass. The forming unit extracts and radiates the pulse laser in a time unit from the laser passing through each of the acoustic optical modulators, and then, forms a micro groove and a hole in an object.
