PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch the presence/absence of the actuation of a vibration mechanism by a compact structure in a fore-and-aft direction.SOLUTION: A vibration driver drill 1 has a body housing 6 and a rear cover 7; a commutator motor 10 stored in the body housing 6 and the rear cover 7; a spindle 25 rotation-driven by the commutator motor 10; a vibration mechanism 62 capable of adding vibrations in an axial direction to the spindle 25; a vibration switch lever 92 capable of moving the vibration mechanism 62 between an advancing position where the vibration mechanism 62 is actuated and a retracting position where the vibration mechanism 62 is not actuated; and operation means which selectively moves the vibration switch lever 92 between the advancing position and the retracting position to switch a vibration drill mode, a drill mode, and a clutch mode. The operation means includes a cam ring 111 which is disposed on the commutator motor 10 side than the vibration switch lever 92, and can be moved and operated between a first operation position where the vibration switch lever 92 is moved to the advancing position, and a second operation position where the vibration switch lever is moved to the retracting position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
