摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized calcination furnace which can reduce an uncombusted rate in an outlet of the fluidized calcination furnace, and can perform sufficient calcination while preventing clogging in a preheater even when coal and oil coke having poor combustibility are used in fuel.SOLUTION: A fluidized calcination furnace includes: a furnace body which is formed into a cylindrical shape having a central axis in a vertical direction and has a fluidized air blowing port for blowing fluidized air to the inside in the bottom thereof; a fuel blowing line which is connected to the side portion of the furnace body and blows the fuel into the furnace body; a raw material chute which is connected to the side portion of the furnace body and charges a cement raw material; and a bleed air conduit which is connected to the side portion of the furnace body and introduces bleed air into the furnace body. In a cross section perpendicular to the central axis of the furnace body, an extension line of the central axis of the bleed air conduit is shifted from a diameter line of the furnace body, and a ratio (S/R) of a distance S between the diameter line of the furnace body in parallel with the central axis of the bleed air conduit and an inner wall surface at a farthest position of the bleed air conduit, and an internal radius R of the furnace body is set at 0.50 or more and 0.91 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
