<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust core having satisfactory characteristics from a low magnetic field to a high magnetic field. <P>SOLUTION: Fe-Si-B-based amorphous magnetic powder is coated with an inorganic insulating film such as SiO<SB>2</SB>, subjected to powder formation so that the density of a powder body becomes 5.0-6.0 Mg/m<SP>3</SP>, and is heat-treated at 400-500°C for 10-30 minutes in a non-reducing atmosphere, thus manufacturing an amorphous dust core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
