PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a treatment for eyelashes and/or eyebrows, which provides eyelashes and eyebrows with firmness and stiffness, promotes the growth of eyelashes and eyebrows themselves by continuous application, lengthens and thickens eyelashes and eyebrows, increases the numbers of eyelashes and eyebrows according to circumstances and has excellent safety.
