According to the invention, before the liquid (29) is conducted through the wound capillary, the magnetic nanoparticles (31) are fractionated in the liquid (29) such that a fractionated liquid flow arises, wherein the measurement of the magnetization parameter is a time-resolved measurement of the magnetization parameter performed on the fractionated liquid flow. |
