PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation plan creation device and a transportation plan creation method for molten iron that are capable of creating a transportation plan according to a tap schedule of a blast furnace and a steel-tapping plan of a steel-making factory.SOLUTION: A transportation plan creation device 300 according to one embodiment of the present invention creates a transportation plan of an integrated iron mill. The transportation plan creation device 300 includes: a molten iron transportation plan creation section 341 that creates a molten iron transportation plan enabling delivery of molten iron with a required component to a steel-making factory 150 at the required time on the basis of a steel-tapping plan; a molten iron delivery plan creation section 342 that creates a molten iron delivery plan in which a transport carriage is associated with the steel-making factory on the basis of the molten iron transportation plan; and an entire plan creation section 343 that creates an entire plan including the time when the transportation carriage is empty, the time being determined on the basis of the molten iron transportation plan and the molten iron delivery plan, and that includes a forwarding plan related to a forwarding passage process, the entire plan enabling the transportation carriage 170 to receive molten iron at the time required on the basis of the tap schedule, the entire plan creation section 343 determining the entire plan as a transportation plan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
