PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out optimum injection against a ground a ground status of which differs for each layer. SOLUTION: An improving material is injected into a ground from a discharge port by force-feeding the improving material to each of injection pipes by a multiple continuously installed pump 21 furnished with a large number of unit pumps 22 in one plant at the time of arranging a plural number of the injection pipes in the ground and injecting the ground improving material into the ground from each of the discharge ports. Additionally, the unit pump 22 has a cylinder 29 having a suction port 27 of the ground improving material and a discharge port 28 and a piston 33 having a suction valve 34.
