PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly feed a lip stick till being used up to the last. SOLUTION: A plate member fixing a lip stick or the like is separated into a plate member tube portion and a plate member plate portion. The plate member tube portion and the plate member plate portion are vertically movably attached to the inside of a rotary tube. The rotary tube is turnably attached to the inside of a fixed tube. A connecting member is attached between the plate member plate portion and the plate member tube portion. The plate member plate portion is provided with a projection and a helical groove inside the fixed tube is attached with a projection. The projection attached to the plate member plate portion is formed movably in a vertically split hole formed in the rotary tube.
