PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a stable voltage to a heater without depending on a commercial power source.SOLUTION: There are provided a power factor improvement circuit 161 which converts an AC voltage from a commercial power source CP to a DC voltage, a DC-AC inverter 162 which generates a desired AC voltage from the DC voltage having been converted with the power factor improvement circuit 161, a heater 132 to which the desired AC voltage that is generated by the DC-AC inverter 162 is applied, and an excessive temperature rising prevention part 133 which cuts off application of the desired AC voltage that is generated by the DC-AC inverter 162 to the heater 132.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
