PURPOSE:To obtain the title aqueous dispersion useful for food or medicine without denaturing fresh royal jelly by dispersing fresh royal jelly into a specific polyhydric alcohol and diluting the dispersion with water. CONSTITUTION:An organic or inorganic alkali metal salt or organic or inorganic basic substance is further added to a polyhydric alcohol solution (consisting of ethylene glycol, glycerin, etc., and water) containing a surfactant (preferably hydrophilic surfactant or mixture consisting essentially of hydrophilic surfactant) and fresh royal jelly is finely dispersed therein by a homomixer, etc., and the resultant dispersion is diluted with water to arbitrary magnification to provide the objective dispersion. Furthermore, the surfactant is blended with the polyhydric alcohol so that weight ratio of the surfactant to the polyhydric alcohol may become 0.01-1. |
