CHIP TYPE LR FILTER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE:To realize the title compact, low height chip type LR filter having the excellent packaging capacity and mass productivity as well as the noise abating characteristics as for the noise abating part of high density packaging circuit substrate meeting the requirements for compact and thinner digital equipments. CONSTITUTION:The inductor layers 60 with conductor patterns 30 internally installed are formed on one surface of a square sheet type ceramic substrate 1 while resistor layers are formed on the other surface of the ceramic substrate 10 so as to compose an LR filter circuit by connecting these layers 60, 50 using outer electrode. Through these procedures, the title chip-type LR filter having the packaging capacity, mass productivity and excellent noise abating characteristics can be realized.
