PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlocking type protective barrier with a plurality of stages capable of reducing the cost for manufacture, assembly and maintenance by simplifying a mechanism and enhancing the durability or the like. SOLUTION: A connection member 7 having a first connection arm 72 and a second connection arm 73 is rotatably provided substantially at the center of a first protective barrier, and metallic rollers 72a, 73a provided on respective fore ends thereof are engaged with a first vertical guide rail 12 and a second vertical guide rail 32 which are respectively provided on an opening/closing door 1 and a second protective barrier 3. For example, when the first protective barrier 2 is moved to the left, the connection member 7 is guided by the first vertical guide rail 12 and turned clockwise, and the second protective barrier 3 is also interlockingly moved to the left via the second vertical guide rail 32.
