PURPOSE:To obtain the title material with stabilized electricmagnetic effects over room temperature region by forming the material with a composition comprising Bi, Fe and other elements capable of forming compounds with perovskite-type structure selected from Na, K and Ca, etc., and from Nb, Ta and Ti, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective material consisting of an oxide ceramics of formula xBi-yFe-zC-wD-alphaO (C and D are each expressed by generic formula CDO3, being selected from such elements as to be capable of forming compounds with perovskite-type structure; x+y+z+w=1; x is 0.01-0.95; y is 0.01-0.95; z is 0.01-0.95; w is 0.01-0.95; alpha is number of oxygen atoms satisfying the valences of the other elements). The present material has such a temperature region as to come to >=1X10<-5>(emucm/Vg) in electric-magnetic coupling coefficient at 250-700K. |
