The present invention discloses an adhesive tape having an adhesive layer 1, 2 respectively on the two sides of a substrate, wherein: at least the adhesive layer 2 on one side among the adhesive layers is formed by comprising, in a mixed manner, adhesive portions 2a in which an adhesive is present and non-adhesive portions 2b in which the adhesive is not present; and the proportion of the surface area of the adhesive portions 2a in the adhesive layer is 40 to 95%. The adhesive tape is used for adherence between a heat radiating sheet or magnetic sheet and an adherend, and can reduce the occurrence of wrinkles in a two-sided adhesive tape and the heat radiating sheet or magnetic sheet. |
