METHOD FOR FORMING THREE-DIMENSIONAL SHAPE

PURPOSE:To more certainly prevent the warpage or distortion of a photo-setting layer by improving a conventional method preventing the warpage or distortion of the photo-setting layer by prelminarily mixing a filler with a photo-setting resin solution. CONSTITUTION:A photosetting resin solution 1 is irradiated with light to form a photo-setting layer 5 and a plurality of the photo-setting layers 5 are stacked to obtain a shape equipped with a desired three-dimensional shape. In this method, by preliminarily mixing a solid fine powder 8 having density near to that of the photo-setting resin solution 1 with the photo-setting resin solution, the fine powder 8 is stably and uniformly dispersed in the photosetting resin solution 1 to eliminate the irregularity of curing shrinkage due to a place at every stacked photo-setting layers or in one photo-setting layer.
