PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel structure of a multilayer solid-state electrolytic capacitor capable of reducing ESR more. SOLUTION: In a multi-terminal multilayer solid-state electrolytic capacitor formed by stacking a plurality of single-plate capacitor elements, each having an anode portion formed on one side of a valve operating metal plate on a flat plate having an oxidized dielectric film of a dielectric material on a surface and also having a cathode portion, comprising a solid-state electrolytic layer and a cathode lead-out layer, formed on the other side, with right and left anode portions opposed to each other across cathode portions, the right and left anode portions opposed to each other are electrically connected by at least two conductive members at two places of upper and lower parts of the stack.
