摘要 <p>The guideline control system of the magnetism guideline lift is provided to control easily the coil current because the guiding force of each channel has the linear proportion to the coil current. The guideline control system of the magnetism guideline lift comprises the frame(22), the guide rail(9a), the gap sensor(20a~20f), the top and bottom magnet module(19a~19h), the loads(23), the guideline controller, and the power amp. The loads move up and down by the rope. The load frame surrounds the loads. The guide rail is installed at the left side and right side of the frame in the vertical direction and guides up and down motion of the loading box. The gap sensor measures a gap between the guide rail and the magnet modules of the top and bottom. The top and bottom magnet module are apart from the guide rail. The top and bottom magnet module support the loading box in the up and down motion by the contactless method. The guideline controller controls the guiding force to regularly maintain the gap between the guide rail and the magnet module. The magnet module for controlling X-axis among the top and bottom magnet module is formed in parallel. The magnet module for controlling X-axis is formed in parallel. The magnet module for controlling Y-axis is formed in parallel.</p>
