PURPOSE: Provided is an electric alarm device for safety mounted in a watch additionally, which can warn a worker when the worker comes in contact with or comes close high voltage line or facilities. CONSTITUTION: The electric alarm device contains: an antenna part(1) receiving the surrounding electric fields; an electric fields sensing part amplifying the electric fields received through the antenna part(1); a human body contact part receiving the electric fields transmitted through the human body; a human body sensing part amplifying the electric fields received through the human body contact part; a power supply part; a test switch(11) to see if the alarm device operates normally; a power switch(6) to cut off the function of the alarm device if necessary; a CPU generating signals when it judges that the worker comes close the safety distance and the approach limit distance by analyzing the strength of the electric fields input through the two sensing parts; an alarm lamp(8) turned on and off by receiving the control of the CPU; a tone amplifying part amplifying the output signals of the CPU; an alarm sound generating part operated by answering the output signals of the tone amplifying part.
