Foodstuffs having kimchi and meat are provided to ensure clean and plain taste while maintaining the flavor of intrinsic meat and kimchi. A method for manufacturing foodstuffs having kimchi and meat comprises a first meat soup preparation step for mixing and heating water and meat soup materials; a second meat soup preparation step for removing the meat soup materials and mixing meat; a third meat soup preparation step for removing the meat and mixing kimchi; a residue removal step for preparing purified meat soup; a step for cutting the boiled meat and kimchi; and a step for mixing the third meat soup with auxiliary materials like onion and bean curd. |
